Reflection: failed horribly
Went for confession and tried to take on this challenge. Failed on day 2. However looking back on my results I’m encouraged to persevere and try the challenge again and do better.
My experience during abstaining from that sin.
Inspire others to take on this challenge. Abstaining from that sin might not be easy, but it's is possible when you maintain yourself in prayer and/or when you maintain your mind busy with other activities. And what better way than to be busy with things that will help grow your faith. Whether is spiritual reading, learning about theology, Bible study, rosaries, or even visiting the holy sacrament at the chaplet. These are good things that will help you abstain from that sin. Let God be your strength, and give your heart to Him. He will give you the necessary to heal your heart and make it a chaste one.
