Bible Study Tips

Hi all, Hope you’re having a good Sunday 😊 Had a quick question - I’d love to get some tips on how you approach Bible study. How do you decide which book to read next? Also do you use any specific commentary, study guide, or do you just dive straight in?

Are you training too much or too little?

Most Catholics are doing one of two things wrong in the gym. Here’s how to tell which one you are. Training too much looks like: • Joint pain that never fully goes away • You’re tired all the time and but can’t sleep • Mood crashes, irritability, low or momentum • You dread workouts instead of wanting them • Performance is going down despite more effort See the full list in the Fitness Legion!

Happy St. Anthony Feast

Today, 13th June, is the Feast of St. Anthony. Devotion to this saint has been growing steadily across the world. It is said that miracles awaited his word. Such was St. Anthony’s love for God that he became one of the saints most renowned for performing the most number of miracles. He is invoked for the recovery of lost articles, for finding a holy spouse and for many other pious intentions.

First post

Praise God & warm greetings my brothers and sisters in Jesus Christ. I'm Joseph from India (south), living and studying in Milan. I'd love to join or build a virtual brotherhood of young men in love with God, who help each other get closer to God, to grow in virtue & live the Faith in a world hostile to it. If there's someone out there who thinks the same, reach out to me *. Let's join forces, and help get each other to heaven. No man left behind. God bless you all. Ave Cristus Rex. * - (I have started a legion as well: legion of young men)

Reading the CCC cover to cover

I am currently reading the CCC and I always knew it would be a reference point, but I didn’t expect to keep finding answers to questions I didn’t even know I had. Have you read the CCC? What’s the biggest thing you learned from it? Also, if anyone wants to begin reading it and you’re looking for help understanding it, Lauren from The Catholic Classroom explains a paragraph a day on Instagram/TikTok/YT & FB and it’s been incredibly helpful.
