looksmaxxing but good

been thinking about this lately. there's something about actually taking care of yourself, like genuinely, that shifts how you see things. i spent years letting myself go because i thought caring about how i looked was vain or whatever. turns out neglecting yourself is its own kind of pride, like you're above putting in the work. now i'm working out, eating better, actually grooming myself properly and it's not about vanity at all. it's respect. respect for the body you've been given. makes you feel more present too, more grounded. anyone else find that taking the looksmaxx route actually deepened their faith instead of competing with it?

Morning routine suggestions?

I'm trying to lock in a solid morning routine that actually sticks. Right now I'm doing some basic skincare and cold showers but I feel like I'm missing something. What does everyone's morning look like? Specifically looking for stuff that doesn't require crazy equipment or take forever but actually moves the needle. Also curious if anyone here combines this with prayer or spiritual practice in the morning. I've been doing the Rosary after my workout and it's been pretty grounding, just wondering what others are doing.

There's probably a lot I'm missing. When in doubt just message me or ask yourself, "Is this something an autistic MemeLord who is ridiculously good looking would wear?" or "Do I look like a douchebag who would pay $200 to get my oil changed?" Don't fall for trends, stick to classic looks, don't wear clothing that super skin tight, but let your muscles show. Don't be flashy, don't purposely dress to attract a woman's gaze, but once her eye is on you, make it so she can't look away. Lastly, be confident, be masculine, be yourself.
