Catholics that oppose democracy are not sinning
Democracy, emerging in 5th-century BC Athens, is defined as "rule by the people" (dēmos + kratos), where power is vested in citizens. It directly contrasted with the then-dominant ideologies of oligarchy (rule by the rich/few) and aristocracy (rule by elite nobles), shifting sovereignty from a privileged minority to the broader body of citizens.
Catholics that oppose liberalism are not sinning
Liberalism definition is a political and economic philosophy, emerging during the 17th-18th century Enlightenment, that prioritizes individual rights, equality, consent of the governed, and free markets. It directly contradicted the prevailing ideology of Absolutism—characterized by the divine right of kings, hereditary privilege, state-enforced religion, and mercantile economics.
Can a Catholic reasonably hold both opinions that that a woman that has abortion is a victim and yet at the same time believe that they should vote 
Women that murder their children need to be in prison so they pay for their sins and endure temporal punishment on earth rather in purgatory
Putting a abortionist  in jail, will 100% prevent a perfectly innocent child from being murdered by their own mother.
